"In our past experiences in selling upscale (expensive) properties, one of our pet peeves has been the lack of communication between us and our real estate agent. We’ve even fired a couple for keeping us uncomfortably in the dark. Well, in our latest sales effort, we can rest comfortably; LaTasha’s reporting data and her E-Z to read format is a thing of beauty. We look forward to her extraordinary reports and the pictures they paint. There maybe equals out there, but there’s none better."

"Rarely do I use the word extraordinary but today I do. In our advancing years, as we mount an effort to sell our Sugar Beach condominium, our wonderful real estate person, Ms. LaTasha Baldwin, is selling on Maui as we sit in Alaska. And she is making an extraordinary effort. Sue & I have marveled at her energy, her creativity, her resourcefulness, and her professionalism. Just “outta ‘da park LaTasha, outta ‘da park…..”.
